Our products and applications

Our dehydrated potato flakes, granules, cubes and strips provide a versatile base for a wide range of consumer products. These include applications such as stackable and sheeted chips and instant mashed potato, as well as use as a thickening agent in soups and sauces and as a texture enhancer in products such as bread, hash browns and gnocchi.
